• Revolution DAO (RVLD) is building on the 360° venture investment platform by SVBS that has been maximizing venture-stage portfolio mechanics by increasing quality deal flow access, enabling cross-stage capital flows, and helping minimize execution risks in exponential technology startups – all in an integrated and decentralized community model — the goal is simple: to invest, grow and foster community in a variety of protocols, vertically-aligned startups and projects, under the RVLD name.

These types of investments are generally restricted to Angel Investors, Venture Funds, Family Offices and early teams. SVBS has been building a network of such Investors over the past 4 years and has built a portfolio of over 20+ companies in the Blockchain, Fintech, AI, Digital Health and Web3 sectors. • SVBS intends to launch the Revolution DAO (RVLD), a fully regulated Hybrid Private Investment Fund+DAO with a novel governance model that will invest globally in Blockchain, AI, Fintech, Digital Health and Web3. Revolution DAO will offer accredited investors:
  - $RLD: a Regulated security token with economic and voting rights in a fund investing globally in Blockchain, AI, Fintech, Digital Health and Web3 sectors
  - An option to vote on investment decisions
  - Liquidity after a 12 month lockup period
  

• Additionally, it offers anyone that wants to participate in RevolutionDAO + RCP: Rewards for contributing to Revolution DOA and its portfolio companies via a Utility Token
  RVLD will deliver a fully compliant vehicle for Accredited/Qualified Investors to realize returns while providing from this exponentially growing asset class and an opportunity for the RVLD Community to earn rewards and governance rights in the ecosystem through their assistance and support.
